Dr. Samuels is a treasure: intelligent, talented, thoughtful, and most importantly kind and caring. I've had the great good fortune to be her patient for six years. Five Stars is insufficient to express my gratitude. Thank you, Dr. Samuels.
Dr Samuels is an excellent doctor, she has been my GP for 8 years now. She is caring, patient, thorough, and practical. Also a great communicator. I highly recommend her.
Dr.Samuels actually listens to her patients and cares. Believe me I have been to dozens and dozens of primary care physicians in my life and finding one with knowledge and compassion is a gold mine. Unfair for whomever rated her as a one star, based on “company” policy. Rate the Dr based on her performance not the clinic policies. You get respect if you give respect and she is top notch. My mother taught me "if you've nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. This is how I feel about our revered Dr. Samuels. 2/29/20. I changed my mind. I will say I got kicked out of Graybill for asking too many questions and putting my feedback in this forum about my condition. She left me with an addiction on Oxycodone fully knowing if I don't find another doctor to prescribe it, I will eventually go into withdrawals, knowing this, she is responsible for kicking me out of the network, Graybill, anyway. After getting no where with my doctor @ Arch health. I was given Dr. Samuels as my new primary. Boy did I luck out. Within the first appointment with her, which was an hour and fifteen minutes long, she ordered several things. Bloodwork, Xray, Catscan, MRI, and an EKG.
