I've seen Doctor Rose for 8 years now. I am so impressed by her bed side manner, and that she genuinely cares about her patients. She's extremely thorough and explains things accurately. She's a credit to her profession!!!! My sister had cancer and she was the only doctor to actually listen to her. I hope to have her for a doctor as long as I can! I would give 10 stars if I could!
My husband and I waited over an hour to get a flu shot. I approached the front desk two separate times to find out when we would be called . Finally the third time someone called us back and said the front desk did not sign us in properly. With all the new hires, I am sure they aren’t trained long enough to do their job correctly. It makes It difficult to recommend others if this clinic is run in this way.
