Dr. Rosado is ok but the practice itself is so horrible!! Do not use or go to this foot doctor office! The staff is slow, constantly making mistakes, they do lot answer your phone calls, voice messages, nor messages. I had to go in office to ask about the status of an insole order because they don’t answer voice messages or messages. I had to wait 50 months for the insole order when it normally take 4-6 weeks and that’s because I had to be persistent. Great customer service, very clean office, Dr Rosado very professional, explained everything to me in detail before and after the procedure, staff was very nice and I highly recommend Foot and Ankle to anyone who needs help with their foot or ankle.
Office and doctor had to cancel my surgery twice and I really wanted to have my surgery for June. The 2 cancellations mean that I will have to wait a whole year because my grandson was only able to take care of me in June. The staff was unprofessional and uncaring. No other doctor was able to help me either.
I had a very difficult foot problem and she very professionally went through it with me. I can't say enough how much she and her staff help me and my family through this difficult problem that I had. She is the best.
All my visits have been very fruitful with Dr. Rosado and her staff. Very attentive and concern with your issues. Always asking questions about your current situation and willing to do what it takes to make you feel better and/or heal your conditioned.
Dr. O’Meara and his staff rock! Very polite and efficient. I never wait long and I am always taken care of. He cares about my pain and my specific treatment plan. Thanks again everyone for the help!!
I received a professional and nice treatment from Dr Rebecca and the staff too. Dr. Rosado examined my feet carefully and was interested in my health. I was called in few minutes, I did not wait much.
I was not called for more than an hour after my appointment. My time is valuable also.
I was received like I am always received in a very professional and respectful manner. They treated my feet to include trimming my toe nails as I am a diabetic. All ways very careful in what ever treatment I get. I would definitely recommend her and her staff.
