I have never met or conversed with Rebecca Cleeton. I often have trouble with my pharmacy (which I always state is not Providence’s mistake) and somehow Rebecca Cleeton responded to a Mychart message I sent after my pharmacy did not have an active prescription for refill. Rebecca Cleeton falsely accused me of violating my medication agreement and filling my prescriptions early. My family doctor didn’t have available appointments for immediate care to treat my lower back/pelvic pain so I was scheduled with Dr Cleeton. While Dr Cleeton has great bedside manner and was empathetic with the pain I was feeling, I’m really troubled by the options she presented to treat me. After a quick diagnosis, she believed I had pinched nerve.
