I've been seeing Dr. Ponder for over a decade with the same office staff. They have ALWAYS treated me with respect. While we have a professional/patient relationship, we also have a personal relationship that is mutually respectful.
Dr. Ponder is both extremely knowledgeable (I trust her with my eye care) and helpful with picking out glasses. Highly recommend! LOL (🤣) @ the review calling Dr. Ponder unprofessional. Dr. Ponder is very blunt, and that's a laudable quality that I deeply appreciate in a medical expert! I WANT my eye doctor to be unequivocally and bluntly honest with me. The office personnel and including Dr. Ponder all very unprofessional. They have no concept of customer service. They are argumentative with the customer, never experienced that before with so called professionals. When have you heard of a doctor tell you “well he is a grown person let him handle it himself.” She was talking about my son and it was just a question.
