I saw Dr Leapman for orthotic fitting as well as painful arthritis in my big toe. She gave me a cortisone shot, which my former podiatrist had never suggested. My toe feels much better as a result. What impressed me was the time she took to discuss and recommend proper shoes and other very helpful suggestions. The office was spotless and organized and my wait time was minimal. Office staff friendly. Highly recommended.
Dr. Leapman was thorough and very capable. However, office functions were sub par. Service and communication with my testing facility (I had an outside test done), even though they were in the same network, and with my PCP were sub par. Be prepared to be directive with the back office here...and dont trust that things will be handled in a timely fashion or efficiently.
