Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
