I've been coming to her for years honestly bc of her front staff ... but lately over the last 2 years she's different. She's down right cold and rude. I dont say that often, but whatever has changed her bedside manner- took her best quality. She looks miserable. She was always welcoming and caring, even with her unprofessional tacky clothes and makeup, I still came to her bc she was nice and treated me with respect. Dr. Fredrick is caring and on time for all my appointments. I feel seen and heard by her and have recommended her to many of my family and friends!
I needed assistance on a weekend and Dr. Fredrick was on call. She returned two calls within 2-3 minutes providing needed medication and valuable medical information. I was highly impressed with her timely responses and professionalism.
