Great caring service.
Dr Burchfiel listens and discusses any problems you are having, not feeling like a 10 minutes visit.
Waited in doctors office for long time and was not informed that there was a delay. Felt rushed.
Good caring and taking time to listent
Took over an hour for my dr to start my appointment. Everyone's time is valuable. A courtesy of telling a patient upon check in that they are running behind would be appreciated and respectful. Not the providers fault nor the patient, but the patient has no clue as to what is happening.
I have been going to see Doctor Birchfiel for about 12 years. Dr Burchfiel has always treated me to the highest level of care since day one.
I came back after a 5 year absence. The care is better .
Dr. Burchfiel is the best. She is a great listener and does thorough exams.
Dr. Burchfiel listened to my concerns and provided the assistance that I needed.
