I just feel like I have a good rapport with Dr. and her PA and her medical assistant everyone I feel like family. I've been coming here for a long time, but I didn't always come regularly but now I feel like we have a good relationship even though I might be moving, but these ladies are the best they follow through and they care.
Dr Burchfiel has been my doctor for many years now. Very knowledgeable and caring doctor.
Very sweet and caring! Always feel welcomed with her! Did an amazing job with everything.
Although I was the first patient of the day it took over 30 minutes for the doctor to enter my room after the nurse left.
Dr. Birchfiel has ALWAYS listened carefully to my concerns/complaints. She always display empathy and I've never felt rushed or unimportant. She's been my pcp for over 8 years because I feel she's very competent and her bed side manners are unmatched.
Dr listens and thinks about different ways to approach the problem.

Dr Burchfiel listened to my concerns, examined me, looked at my other test results and followed through with sending me for additional tests to figure out the source of my pain-injury.
Always a great experience. You check in, go right back to waiting room then are called back by 5min
