See Dr. Riley if you'd like an unexpected lab bill that you 1000% denied wanting to get done during the visit. But since it's your word against hers, you won't be able to fight it or appeal it with your insurance. Awful experience, would not recommend it.
I had really high hopes coming into this appointment. It started very well with a sweet nurse who was very friendly and caring. But when meeting Dr. Riley, she dismissed my concerns and symptoms that I shared with her in the first 5 minutes of meeting her. I discussed I had a ton of symptoms due to hormone imbalance since getting off birth control a year ago after being on it for a decade and suffering from hair loss and weight gain (gained 15 lbs in the last year with no changes in diet or exercise). Dr. Riley is a very good doctor if she believes you. If she doesn't, she's short and will treat you like you're a hypochondriac. She's dismissive of long COVID, and God help you if you have conflicting blood work from what she expects. If you're not looking to have a relationship with your doctor where you work together to better your health, look elsewhere. You won't be heard here.
Dr.Riley is my primary care doctor, she is an excellent doctor, Dr.Riley listens to me patiently and addresses everything that I need to know.
