We moved from out of state and did not really know where we wanted live. Kandis was great in helping us find what we wanted (and what we didn't know we wanted) and was flexible and responsive. She made the process easy and stress-free especially during such a difficult time to buy. Mike is personable, professional, persistent and patient. Not knowing the area (moved from CA), we heavily relied on him during this process. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet and work with Mike. He provided priceless information about the area, and recommended services we would most likely need in our future, with ownership responsibilities. Mike is a numbers guy who is constantly analyzing for his customers and friends, and was passionate and excited to speak about the process and best and worst case scenarios. We will definitely utilize Mike and Kandis again, and would strongly recommend other buyers or sellers to do the same.
