Dr Brett is the best! He was able to correct the Vertigo that I was experiencing. He was very thorough in making sure my issues were not something more than needing an adjustment. Dr Brett continues to be sure my concerns are addressed at every appointment. He is a wonderful chiropractor with great knowledge! Wish he had an office in Ankeny
