I can’t recommend pelvic floor therapy with Rhythm enough! It helped me so much throughout pregnancy and postpartum. During pregnancy, it made a huge difference in managing my pelvic pain, performing proper perineal massages, and taught me how to properly breathe and push during labor. Because of what I learned, I only pushed for 30 minutes and didn’t tear during delivery which allowed for safe and pleasant birth.
