I called Reback's on the phone for a kitchen faucet part. I waited over 5 minutes, got tired and hung up. I faxed them and never got a reply. I got my part elsewhere.
These people keep the phone off the hook during all the time they are open. Because of this, I had to drive there, where they a) infomed me of this policy and b) did not have my part. A huge waste of time, money, and hydrocarbons. Stay away!
