Reaume installed a water heater and they left the sewage cap off when they were done, which of course, resulted in a sewage flow in my basement. They acknowledge they left off the cap and had to re-attach the cap, and they saw the damage it caused, but they are refusing to pay any reimbursement for damages because I didn't wait to clean up the sewage flow until they had seen and verified all the damage. We were going on a vacation the next day (with over 90s in the forecast at home) and we saw that our air conditioner wasn’t working. Randy came over at 8pm to fix it without another thought! We wish we could give him more than 5 stars at it would’ve been terrible to delay or vacation and/or come back to a very stuffy house.
Very responsive, very polite. They fixed our A/C today for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

Experienced & honest Randy has worked on a couple homes for me now. He replaced a HWH & repaired our HVAC systems. He could have easily told me my 20 year old heater needed replacement & I'd never have been wiser, but he serviced it & told me I'll get several more years out of it. Reasonable pricing, fast service.
