Horrible Horrible company! They are schemers and liarsThey said that I never sent my product back but I did, they gave me an address and I sent it back in end of January. I tracked the item and it was received, but they say that they never got. It back but I have proof of receipt. I purchased a 3 pack heating pad bundle and spent $200+. It was an impulse purchase that I didn’t need to use until recently but battery was dead. I sent several emails to try and find a solution. I will say their customer service responds promptly, politely and professionally but they wouldn’t budget on a solution because the warranty had expired. No warranty, no service. Only suggestion was for me to buy a new power bank for $50 to replace the never used one that obviously was faulty. It probably costs them considerably le... read more

This company is a scam ! I’ve been waiting for my product for over a month and they keep sending a generic message that it’s USPS at fault but USPS never received their product to ship.
