The Regional Manager Cristina is unprofessional, rude, and condescending towards residents. She manipulates her subordinates to handle what is technically her responsibility. She neglects and disregards the lawful rights of residents. And watch out for managements accounting team. They'll say you owe them money even when you have receipts showing that you don't. These apartments need new ownership, new management. Tenants have rights!
Apartments are awesome they’ve got stairs and I’d love to move in here
I was a tenant for 2 years had a hot water heater problem for 1 1/2 year Was told to record the extreme loud noise and I did and still no one came to fix I had an appointment today to meet the Regional manager by the name of Christina at 11 am I get there. @10 am and my door is wide open with 2 employees inside Now technically this apartment is mines until 12am And had you been professional enough to call me to cancel you sent people in my unit before I was officially out a walk thru means you and tenant walk thru .
