Went to this Walk in clinic with a severe sinus infection. Explained that Two weeks prior had been treated at the hospital for viral bronchitis. After getting all my information including my Medicare plus Blue Cross insurance. I was told my insurance was inactive and Dr. was declining to treat me because it was a failed hospital treatment.#1 I wasn't at the hospital for sinus infection, so first lie, #2 went back to hospital and had my insurance checked and it was fully active, 2 lie. Reanna is both my provider, as well as my sons. She has always been willing to listen to all of her patients, and is a great asset to the Hillsdale community.
