Went to this Walk in clinic with a severe sinus infection. Explained that Two weeks prior had been treated at the hospital for viral bronchitis. After getting all my information including my Medicare plus Blue Cross insurance. I was told my insurance was inactive and Dr. was declining to treat me because it was a failed hospital treatment.#1 I wasn't at the hospital for sinus infection, so first lie, #2 went back to hospital and had my insurance checked and it was fully active, 2 lie. Reanna is always our favorite to go to! She’s so kind and always patient with my children.
Reanna is both my provider, as well as my sons. She has always been willing to listen to all of her patients, and is a great asset to the Hillsdale community. Reanna is one of the best providers I’ve had! I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a primary care provider, or a mental health professional!
