Realtor Seth is not knowledgeable or professional. Based on this experience I would not recommend working with anyone from this office. It is clear that the focus of these realtors is collecting a commission for doing as little as possible.
Realtor from Realtypath - Summit was a horrible agent. Being polite does not make up for ignorance in Utah's regulations and laws. Realtor complete failed to advocate for my interests. Realtor failed to provide ANY value. The only thing this person did was type into a prefilled document and send to the other agent. A robot would have been better because you don't have to fix a robot's mistakes multiple times. Spelled my name wrong on the contract and mistyped dates.
