We used Realty4Less to sell our home and purchase a new home and they did a great job.
Several issues were left out of our contract. When I mentioned this to the realtor they said they were merely verbal agreements and it was my responsibility to make sure they were in the contract. I learned my lesson. In sharing my story I hope I can spare someone else the agony. Make sure you put everything you want on the contract and dont sign it until its to YOUR satisfaction.
