David and team, were great throughout the purchase of my home in 2017 and the transition to the property manager of the property in 2018. Phenomenal job managing the property for the past 8 years.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They will keep your security deposit & try to charge you for things that were already damaged at the homes so they can get them fixed. I had to argue with them over and over and had video & pictures as evidence that it was that way upon moving into the home at 224 Smallwood rd. in Hubert, NC. By the way, whoever is renting this house the home is also infested with oriental crock roaches & they will be in the dishwasher as well that never worked that they would not replace.
