These people do not follow the laws and will try and take your almost your whole deposit and giving you almost nothing way past 21 days allowed by the cal.civ code § 1950.5(g)(1). They don't follow tenants rights law what so ever so looks like I'm taking them to small claims court.
Did a job for Kelly at a very low cost. Never received payment . I guess I’ll see him small claims court. Reached out to him many of times never got a response back.
