Bad customer service
I echo the same sentiments of reviews left here read the lease with a fine tooth comb or have an attorney review it before you sign there are many places to rent from if you can I’d avoid this management company or stay one step ahead of them and have a lawyer ready for the inevitable battle of exorbitant fees when you move out. Do not rent from here, they’re crooks!! They take your deposit and when you reach out to them to find out why mark or Lisa Volchko won’t answer. They’ll also charge you a $300 cleaning fee even after leaving their unit in better condition than when you moved in, on top of a water bill for the month AFTER you moved out.
