They are only out to make money for themselves, they dont care about the potential renters or the home owners they are supposed to be renting the houses for! They get $35 off every application filled out and turned in, I got denied for no good reason at all. I met everyone of the rental criteria that they ask for and made more money than what they asked for someone to make and they still didn't care.
