Barbara Sauer would not be an agent I would have chosen. From the photographer who took the MLS photos, the stager, the flyers, the asking price, nothing went well. The photographers photos looked distorted, the stager did not provide a professionally finished look, the flyers weren't written well. Barbara hired a cleaning crew that did not do what was promised.
