We rented from a Realty World property for almost four years and had a great experience. They were quick to handle repairs and great front he contractual side as well
Overall, I had a great experience with this company. Very friendly staff, Noble and Jacquie were extremely helpful and flexible during my stay. I was a tenant for over two years and I never had an issue.
Warning- Do not work with this company. My family worked with Noble Griswold to move into a rental property and had a horrible experience. He puts in a facade that he is a trustworthy business man but soon found out he only wanted to get rid of a property as quickly as possible and hide hazardous problems with the home. He actually told the worker fixing the home to hide large cracks in the floor from us so he would not have to fix it.
