Hmm....well, they're nice, but they play favorites with tenants. Not cool. They did some shortcuts with the property, which isn't good. They didn't really do a very good job hiring anyone that thoroughly cleaned the rental. There was always a different maintenance person, and they never kept to a schedule. It takes a while to get repairs done, and some things never get fixed. You have to ride them to do their job, but they want the rent paid, no doubt about that. Just don't.. Antony said they could handle any rental property in Fresno. Boy was he wrong. He said they carry a gun at all times. Even my tenants consisting of 3 hard working family's scared them away. Don't waste you time. You can manage your own rental property's 10 times better then these clowns.. Putting a bad name to Reality World ..
