Worst experience!! I've lived in multiple apartments, rental homes, etc and I have NEVER had an experience like this.. We had on time payments with no severe damage to the home (except for carpet replacement after 2 years and having pets visit here and there) Which we totally agreed to. We were under Vickie as our landlord and was treated incredibly unfair. She would e-mail me constantly scolding me like a child. Super unprofessional. I called this place up because I was interested in a house they had listed online. I was planning on renting the house with a few fellow young professionals, but after 10 seconds of phone conversation, Vickie Diedrick told me they would only consider renting to a family. Not sure if they were discriminating against marital status, source of income, or familial status, but considering that Denton is a college town, they need to get their fair housing guidelines straight.
