As a landlord Debra Clark of Reality Works Inc was impossible to get in contact with and unhelpful in the rare moments of communication. After ignoring multiple letters and calls in regards to not renewing our lease, she posted 24hr notice to show the rental to potential tenants on our door. Once we left she nitpicked every inch of the apartment to gobble up as much of our deposit as possible. I'm used to losing cleaning deposits but this was close to a thousand dollars for old curtains and spackle. STEER CLEAR.
