I think they’re trying to get people to apply for this “low cost” housing and take their application fees and God knows what other personal information they take! A little concerning when you see a 2600sq ft 4 bedroom home in south Temecula for $1200/mo!!! Unreal!

After telling me that they had no apps on a house which had been on the market for 3 weeks, I went right over and viewed the house and put an app in. My wife spoke to her on Monday letting her know that we’d also like to apply on a second house they had listed , and the agent said that would be fine. When I called Wednesday at 9:00 am to check the status of our applications I was informed that they had no homes for rent...... We have had our Air conditioning out For two weeks and when we call them they said to call the warranty place our selfs,, What do they get paid for??? Its 98° in the house and all we get is the run around,,
Two retired Military Veterans moving to Temecula on short notice with company. Found home in great location, reviewed twice, flew over from Florida to review again to be sure. Filled out application and provided everything needed fast, was told we would be contacted shortly, we called and asked due to our sense of urgency if there were others reviewing the home so we could keep our options open.
