I am not only a realtor and a property manager but also a renter of a property that Realty unlimited represented. No matter what the work order was, they would not send a professional, they sent the “very handy owner“ who would Band-Aid the situation instead of paying for the repairs to be done. The washing machine did not work properly for the last several months but they told me as long as my clothes were washing it didn’t matter that it was making a horrendous sound. They steal your deposits with Bs claims against damage that wasn’t there. They try to also charge you for things they cannot legally charge for
THE WORST management company I have ever worked with. They don't answer the phone. Maintenance requests are always a problem. I've rented throughout Florida over 30 years now and I've never seen the indifference that these people show. Shame on you for not taking good care of the very people from which you make your money.
The team at Realty Unlimited provided great service while we were leasing their property. They're professional and great customer service. I highly recommend using this property management.
