They didn’t pay the pro rated taxes on a property I sold that was closed by this company. I got a court summons this year for the unpaid taxes plus interest. I received a bill last year on the same property. I call the lady that closed the deal last year after I got the statement for the taxes and she said she would take care of it. She obviously did not take care of it. They closed 6 or 7 properties for me but will NEVER get any more of my business. I would not recommend them.
I have used them on five (5) different property purchases. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and determined for perfection. Notches above others!

They were late on several items, resulting in the closing date getting bumped by 9 days. Worst of all? Closing was 9:30 on a Friday morning, and the wire transfer took until 4:45 to go through, because they held the wrong amount by $73 in escrow from the lender. Kinda a big part of their job, right? On the bright side, if you like increasing your heart rate and selling a house without getting your money for a while, I highly recommend.
