I had a very disappointing experience working with this agency. I rented an apartment through them and faced issues from the very first day. They consistently sided with the landlord’s interests and showed little to no concern for renters or their families. I was pressured to agree to a showing even while my family was still living there; it was the first time I experienced such a request. While it’s possible that not every agent here operates this way, the one assigned to me was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
I’ve been using Dom and Realty Standard for many years and many homes. I’ve never once had an issue or any problems. I will never use anyone else.
Realty Standard was a game changer for us in the selling of our condo. It was on the market for 14 months with minimum activity but once Realty Standard came into the picture, we saw increased marketing that resulted in increased activity concerning the condo. Dominick Rivera and his staff answered all questions and provided information that we didn't know to ask. After 4 months with Realty Standard the condo was sold. We had a very good experience with them and we highly recommend them!
