Not the best company. Poor folowthrough. They do not take care of their properties. Several times they have left their tenants without trash service. They dont answer their phone or redpond to the tenants. Trash has been piling up and blowing down on the street. Unkept yards seeding the neighborhood with trash and weeds. The neighbors had to pay out of pocket for a company to collect the trash pile that had been on the street for 2 weeks. Pictures are from after the neighbors cleaned up the trash on the street. This agency Realty Source employed enabled and co conspired with Ken Mischeletti alleged realtor from Oceanside CA . I hired Ken to lisy a property I remodel and invested in. Instead of selling it he went on social media and slandered me and tried to take over the property and has along with Realty source ruined the sale. Which tied up my 30k investment in the property for now 2 years. During that time he has co conspired with Jason Thomas Parker to try to murder me to avoid facing responsibility for his wrongs.
