My partner hired Mary Manilla (Oregon real estate license #201212920) as a leasing agent, and the experience was awful. Her conduct resulted in a serious fiduciary‑duty dispute that escalated toward arbitration. Although the matter ultimately settled beforehand, my partner prevailed. Based on our experience, her actions fell well below the ethical and professional standards expected in the real‑estate profession.
Wish I could leave zero stars. Worst experience ever applying with this company. My fiancé and I make more than enough money to afford a property they listed but because our credit is 11 points below the mark they can’t help us. My mother is on oxygen and disabled with a stable monthly income of almost 2k, I make over 5k per month and my fiancé makes over 3k per month. Together we make over 110k per year.
