My husband and I are relocating all the way from WV in a very short period. It has been so hard finding a solid home virtually, but not with Realty Shop!! Michael was such an amazing help with getting our application processed and approved by the owner within hours, he even called us right at the end of the business day to tell us everything went through because he didn’t want us having to wait a 3 day weekend for an answer! Our initial evaluation was excellent. This was 10 years ago. Overtime, their quality of buisness degraded, significantly. They use very cheap and under-qualified maintenance contractors. They did not treat our property with the care, and allowed the tenants to damage our property. This is my suggestion; find a management company that have a higher degree of professionalism and care. I have rented through Realty Shop and Property Management for the last 5 years and continue to rent through them, and I just have to say, they are the absolute best property management I have ever rented through., I have been in Jacksonville for 10 years, and other companies dont compare to them. I’ve recently applied for a property with Realty Shop and Property Management and what a fantastic experience. Micheal Matthews was phenomenal. Helped me with everything and walked me through the process which was not overwhelming what so ever. He actually cared and did his best to help all he could! I’m so happy and thankful! Sometimes you meet people and they don’t only do a job , they do a job because they love people and love what they do!
