Very unresponsive and unreliable. I was transferred to RSM because the previous property manager couldn't handle the influx of vacant properties. Unfortunately, RSM didn't contact me for over a week, and my property just sat vacant. It wasn't until I reached out myself that I finally got a response. I reached out to this company regarding a property they had listed for sale. They also happened to be the property management company on it since it was a rental property. Since the sale price of the property was low and it would be a cash offer, I asked if they would want to serve as dual agent. I even offered to retain them as the property manager.
