Very unresponsive and unreliable. I was transferred to RSM because the previous property manager couldn't handle the influx of vacant properties. Unfortunately, RSM didn't contact me for over a week, and my property just sat vacant. It wasn't until I reached out myself that I finally got a response. I reached out to this company regarding a property they had listed for sale. They also happened to be the property management company on it since it was a rental property. Since the sale price of the property was low and it would be a cash offer, I asked if they would want to serve as dual agent. I even offered to retain them as the property manager. A debt collector just called me from a house I had 3 years ago with them which is crazy because they stole shit out my house in the process of moving and the house across the street caught it all on camera. Sad ass company mfs act like they on drugs and will never get that money they stole tvs and shit out my house deduct that from what y’all think I owe
