Not worth the effort Flaky company. Addresses on their website don't match up with their listings. The receptionist will transfer you to an extension that doesn't exist 3-4 times before sending you to a voice mail where there is little chance that someone will return your call. I called from the driveway of a home. No one ever turned up to show me the inside.
I left my home in top shape including pictures. Realty Roundup made up false cleaning and repair **** and the owner ****** refuses to provide complete breakdown of services that they charged me for. The **** provided does not explain $250 for a picture verified rental unit that was left spotless. I am going to seek out other renters going forward who have or is experiencing same issues. Booked an appointment to view a property and the agent showed up a few minutes late which would have been ok if he had the Keyes to show the property. Had to wait a total.of 30 minutes just to see the property. To add insult to injury another person showed up and that is who the second agent acknowledged...
Horrible. I have rented through them twice! As if I didn't learn my lesson the first time! Actually what happened was they reported the first time that I owed them money to the credit bureau's even after I paid it all in full and got a receipt they never reported the payment so I couldn't rent anywhere else. I fought for 6 months to get it taken off my credit history! This company is a RIP OFF! I do not know how this company operates on the side of the homeowner but I would highly recommend NOT using this company if you are a renter in search of a rental home. When we moved in the home was infested with ants and electrical outlets didn't work. Several times the repair man had to come out and fix things. When we moved out we cleared everything out of the home except for some items that were left behind in the garage. The managment company has 21 days from the time you do the move out inspection. Otherwise there are severe penalties to the company. I would get a hold of California fair housing and talk to one of the people there to file a complaint. Unless there are circumstances that I am not aware of, you have every right to the deposit. You might also try legal aid. I cannot understand why they would hold the deposit, I would assume they would know of all the legal problems they are getting themselves into. Wish you best luck.
