Rosie Reed is the best! She was actually the sellers agent of the home my family was purchasing and she had to do her part plus my relators! If it wasn't for her we wouldn't have been able to sell our home and purchase the new one. She truly knows her stuff! I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
We met Rosie on a warm November day. She came prepared with appointments for all the homes we wished to see. When our preselected homes failed to meet our expectations she quickly retooled our day and lined up more suitable homes on the fly so the day was not lost. Rosie made the home buying experience so easy. She answered any questions I had and meet every one of my needs. She even called the water company on my behalf since they were giving me a hard time since technically I wasn’t the owner of the house yet. Anyone who wants to buy or sell a home needs to talk to her! Buying or selling a home is a big step in life and you need to make sure you have someone who is awesome like Rosie.
