I recently transitioned from a poorly managed property management company to BRS. It's been night and day in terms of service level, communication and most importantly, results! I am very happy with my decision and highly recommend them to rental property owners in the area.
BEWARE !! THIS IS THE WORSE Property Management ever to be in business they will rob their tenants when it comes time to move out after tenants cases are closed they make fraudulent charges at max amount of money without serving any Court paper they make next to Impossible for anybody to ever rent again from anywhere else .
