Our company does work for a number of property management companies as this is one is in the top tear. They make sure their contractors meet their expectations expectation at each location.
I recently transitioned from a poorly managed property management company to BRS. It's been night and day in terms of service level, communication and most importantly, results! I am very happy with my decision and highly recommend them to rental property owners in the area.
BEWARE !! THIS IS THE WORSE Property Management ever to be in business they will rob their tenants when it comes time to move out after tenants cases are closed they make fraudulent charges at max amount of money without serving any Court paper they make next to Impossible for anybody to ever rent again from anywhere else . As someone who owns multiple investment properties, I’ve worked with a number of property management companies over the years, and BRS Property Management is hands down the best. They’ve knocked it out of the park every time. Their communication is solid, they’re proactive with maintenance, and they treat the properties like their own. It’s rare to find a team this dependable and professional. Highly recommend them to any investor looking for reliable property management.
