Don't work with Denise! She may have the "years of experience" that she'll tell you, but her communication will try and go against everything you ask and put into details you OR her don't understand. She'll tell you 1 thing and tell the other realtor involved a whole different thing and not put a positive spin on it. Supposedly is busy over half of her days as well so can't help you most days which we've been told from 3rd parties that, that isn't the case...
Stacy is trustworthy and honest. He was patient with us and all of our questions and while we looked at several houses. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We really enjoyed working with him with both of the houses we bought. 10/10 recommend!
