Tom Duggan is knowledgeable, responsive, and skillful. Tom had a lot of patient with us. He listened to each requirement we had and pointed out a few to look for when buying a new home and selling our old one. We trusted him through the whole process and he didn't steer us wrong. I found Tom by chance when sending a message blindly, inquiring about a certain listing. Tom showed us many houses and his deep knowledge of houses and Monterey/Seaside/Marina area helped us a lot in taking the biggest decision of our life.
