Lynne was incredible! As first-time homebuyers we did not know what to expect or how to handle all the many demands that go along with purchasing a home. I was matched with Lynne through Zillow when I indicated I was interested in viewing a condo that was listed. All I wanted was to take a quick look at the model homes, but Lynne called me and offered to set up an appointment for me. I thought that was great and went ahead and took a look at the model. Long story short, I was asked to put a unit on hold. I thought I wasn't quite ready for that step, so I texted Lynne.
