My spouse and I recently inquired about a property listed by Jimmy Jones with Realty One Group Terminus. While the listing itself was promising, the communication we received from the agent was vague, dismissive, and ultimately unprofessional. After asking a straightforward question about how offers would be considered, we received a noncommittal response. Further attempts to clarify went unanswered. I called to inquire about a home in griffin, ga that I was interested in, and called listing agent Jimmy Jones and soon as he picked up and I told him the house I was interested in he cut my off and said, “If you don’t have 80k or more, hang up my phone.” I’ve never been spoken to so rudely. I let him know I did have more than that in cash, but I will not work with someone so horrendous. Run for the hills if this is the type of people that this business employs. Very very aggressive and rude, would not recommend at all.
