Tina brunette is a terrible realtor. We are brand new in the market to looks t houses so we are learning along the way. First off, she gave NO home disclosures, she made us mail a CHECK and it got lost. Thus, losing the house. They keep deleting our reviews because they know we are right. I really hope you steer away from this whole company. Do yourself a favor and find a realtor that actually cares about you because she and this whole company does not. We HIGHLY recommend Eric Kucharik. We purchased our first home and Eric guided us on every step. He was honest, supportive, and very knowledgeable about the housing market. He educated us on things we had no clue we needed to keep in mind. He never pushed us to put an offer we didn’t feel 100% comfortable with because he understood exactly what we wanted and didn’t allow us to lower our standards.
