Sold us a lemon home with the a/c that failed only 2 weeks after moving in from a passed "home inspection" from their contracted home inspector. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Angel Sukavivatanachai is the worst agent I've had to deal with. He was salty and unresponsive, to the point that on the day of move-in had us locked out of the unit with 3 movers twiddling their thumbs on my dime waiting on him to get us access to the unit for over an hour. Took 0 responsibility, and instead of fixing his mistake hid from it. Save yourself the trouble.

Do not rent a house from crooks. Predatory practices and unlawful evictions. We were paying to get sick in a rental property, because they failed to make repairs to the mold issue from the time we moved in. I offered to make repairs myself, because I am well qualified to make repairs. But they didn't want to come out of pocket to make necessary repairs.
