Scottie is a FRAUD! He presents himself as a well established real estate professional that is interested in educating the black community on crowdfunding investment opportunities. He took our money and has failed to disburse payment for the promised return with interest. Do NOT engage in any investment opportunities with him. Invested with this group. No returned calls or message . This guy Scottie is a fraud and a con man. Go elsewhere. He gives black owned businesses a bad reputation.

Investors and future homeowners beware. Scottie Smith is unscrupulous, unconscionable, and untrustworthy. If you decide to engage in any business ventures with him or any of his companies you will be forced to obtain legal representation to recoup your money. His lack of communication and poor business decisions will only exacerbate your aggravation. He does not honor legally binding contracts and manipulates the situation to only benefit himself. I would strongly advise the utilization of another company and contact.

We have been trying to contact Scottie Smith (formerly with PHOENICIAN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS, now Realty One Group) (same address, same phone number and Scotties picture on the front page of the new website) and in the same building owned by Scottie Smith, for over a year, concerning almost $4000 in past due invoices.
