My experience was awesome and I felt like the Agent truly listened to me and my needs. I found my dream home and it was a smooth transaction! There were times when I felt things were not moving fast enough but my Agent was always there to keep me calm and focused.
Realty One Group Edge represented the seller (which was Zillow) in my recent home purchase. What a nightmare! My agent and I found them to be very unresponsive - they never returned phone calls and we had to constantly hound them to get information, which was often contradictory and misleading.
