Had a bad experience with the agent there.
Working with this unprofessional group has been a very frustrating experience. They simply don't care about me or the problems with the house I am renting. Every time I brought up some sort of issue with the property (windows don't close/lock, AC doesn't work, etc), I was promised they would be fixed. Pretty much everything discussed never got done, except for the AC. The AC only got fixed because I threatened to withhold rent.
Not professional group!!
This company is quite unprofessional. I attempted to contact agent Debbie Sullivan within a couple hours of a leasing listing she posted. Her phone would not accept voice mail messages. I sent her an email, with no response. I called the office and spoke to Angie, who was quite friendly, but only directed me to call the broker. I did, and left a voice mail for her as well.
